Loved directing this spot! Mercedes wanted an interesting style of animation that would best illustrate a street fight between a bull and bear. Look closely for the 'bear hug' and the Tyson/Holyfield bite on the ear at the end;)
This was part of a PSA program with AMC Theaters to remind customers to turn off their cell phones before the movie starts. This work is by some best animators in the county that 'drew' from the stylings of Lion King. One of the highlights was working with Emoto music in Santa Monica and their ability to build a massive score and pull in the famed John Horner orchestra consisting of 70 live players. It was also recored at Sony studios in the Cary Grant Theater.

Fantastic campaign aimed at getting people to stop smoking. The best part; major tobacco companies were forced to pay for this entire campaign as a result of a court settlement. This was one of my favorite animation directing jobs. We shot 5 spots within a couple days in NYC.

This spot combines actual video game footage and original 2D handrawn animation we created to feel reminiscent of Disney's Bambi. Was lucky to be leading an incredible team of animators.
I directed this not only as a filmmaker but also as a young father. This reminds us to embrace the moments of early parenthood, even the difficult ones.
This is a great example of working with extremely talented flash animators who are traditionally trained in 2D handrawn animation.
This was an incredibly exciting project as we combined live action with 2D, CG and stop motion animation as well as puppetry.
